A pleasure to meet you, I’m Kathlin (KT) — curious by nature, creative by heart, and always leading the next perspective-shifting idea. I'm a passionate advocate for representation, community, and cultural impact. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to moving the needle for diverse voices and creating space where stories that often go unseen, can be seen, heard, and celebrated. My everyday goal in life is to push boundaries and to understand the world in a new way. 

 

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Advertising and a Minor in Business Administration. Currently, I work at LERMA/ Agency—one of Texas’ leading multicultural advertising agencies as a Senior Social Strategist while paving the way to build our Influencer and Creator capabilities. 

 

I’m a jack of all traits and a master of most. In my journey thus far, I’ve had the ability to tap into Account Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Content Conceptualization and Creation, Social Listening, Analytics, Public Relations, Event Coordination, Photography, Graphic Design, Business, Entrepreneurship, and all things Digital Communications. I’ve learned that it’s impossible to know everything, but it’s possible to achieve anything. There are limitless ways to unlock any one problem. I lead with heart, foster through love, and push to always be pure in intentions.

 

Some of my favorite things? I appreciate the simple things in life—the leaves whispering, the sound of waters rippling, a bird chirping, a blank canvas, the idea of nothingness. My favorite pastimes include reading (currently: Butter by Asako Yuzuki), laying at the park for hours under the sun, cuddling my beloved pups, trying new cuisines and cooking, and brining together my community.
